IROptical infrared optical components manufacturing facility

About IROptical | CVD ZnSe & Custom IR Optics Manufacturing

Learn about IROptical, a supplier of CVD ZnSe optics, infrared windows, lenses, prisms, blanks, and drawing-based custom optical components.

WHO WE ARE

A practical IR optics partner for engineering and purchasing teams.

IROptical focuses on infrared optical components and CVD ZnSe optics, including windows, lenses, prisms, blanks, and custom optical parts made according to drawings.

The goal is not to oversell generic catalog parts. We help customers confirm material, wavelength, size, tolerance, coating target, inspection needs, and packaging requirements before production.

SUPPLIER FIT

When IROptical is a practical fit.

This page is written for buyers and engineers who need a supplier that can discuss infrared optical components, CVD ZnSe optics, and custom IR optics by drawing before order confirmation.

You need IR optical components

Windows, lenses, prisms, blanks, and CVD ZnSe optics for infrared systems, CO2 laser use, sensing, or imaging projects.

You have a drawing or target spec

Material, wavelength, size, tolerance, coating target, quantity, and inspection requirements can be reviewed before quotation.

You want practical communication

The discussion focuses on manufacturability, stock availability, custom lead time, documentation needs, and delivery risk.

MANUFACTURING & QUALITY CAPABILITY

Production, coating, and inspection capability in one view.

This section groups the main manufacturing scenes into a shorter visual story, so buyers can understand the process path before moving into quality and order details.

FROM DRAWING TO DELIVERY

Two practical order paths for IR optical components.

Buyers usually need one of two paths: available stock items for faster delivery, or custom-made optics built around drawings and confirmed specifications.

Stock Items

1–3 business days, subject to confirmation

For available IR optical components. Stock availability is confirmed before quotation. For standard or available parts, the process focuses on requirement confirmation, quantity check, delivery terms, and shipment arrangement.

  1. 01 Send part number, drawing, material, wavelength, quantity, and target delivery location.
  2. 02 We review the requirement and confirm whether stock is available.
  3. 03 Confirm optical parameters, quantity, packaging needs, and delivery method with the customer.
  4. 04 Complete delivery according to the agreed contract and logistics arrangement.

Custom-Made Items

7–25 business days, subject to confirmation

For drawing-based custom optics. Custom lead time depends on drawing, quantity, coating, and inspection requirements. Technical details are confirmed before production and contract delivery.

  1. 01 Send drawing, material, wavelength, dimensions, tolerance target, coating target, and quantity.
  2. 02 We review whether the part should be custom manufactured and clarify technical details.
  3. 03 Both sides confirm specifications, quantity, delivery date, logistics method, and contract terms.
  4. 04 Manufacture, inspect, pack, and deliver according to the agreed contract.

Payment terms are confirmed in the contract. Common methods include bank wire transfer for formal B2B orders and PayPal for smaller or faster sample orders.

QUALITY WITHOUT OVERCLAIMING

Quality control should match the order, drawing, and inspection requirement.

Inspection is arranged according to order requirements. Surface quality, coating target, dimensional tolerance, clear aperture, and documentation needs should be confirmed before production.

Internal English shipment inspection reports can be provided on request when agreed before order confirmation. Custom specifications are reviewed case by case, especially when drawings include tighter tolerances, coating requirements, or application-specific inspection items.

ISO certificate available on request.

Custom Spec Review

Drawings with tight tolerances, special coatings, or application-specific inspection items are reviewed case by case.

We work with selected optical component manufacturers and material suppliers including OPTOStokes-Optofilters and AOG Crystal.

Send Your Drawing for Engineering Review

Send your drawing, wavelength, material, size, tolerance, coating target, quantity, and target delivery schedule for review. If the design is still in development, share the application conditions and target performance so we can review practical manufacturing options.
